1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any part of the jbaji platform at jbaji.asia ("the Platform"), you ("the Player") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jbaji.

These Terms apply to all services provided by jbaji including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any promotional offers. jbaji reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the jbaji platform you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jbaji is strictly an adult platform. Players who provide false age information will have their accounts suspended immediately and any funds held pending investigation.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in your location.
• You must be registering as an individual in your own name and must not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of jbaji, or an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from jbaji or have had a prior account terminated for a breach of these Terms.

jbaji reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify eligibility, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card) and proof of address. Failure to provide documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active jbaji account. Multiple accounts per person, household, IP address, or device are prohibited. jbaji may merge or close any duplicate accounts identified. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number in the 01XXXXXXXXX format, which will serve as your primary account identifier and contact point for account verification.
• A secure password of at least eight characters. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jbaji will never ask for your full password via SMS, email, or live chat.
• Any additional KYC information required to satisfy identity verification obligations, including date of birth and, where requested, copies of identity documents.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact jbaji support immediately at [email protected]. jbaji cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on jbaji are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. jbaji does not accept cash deposits or third-party payment transfers.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds may require additional KYC documentation before processing.
• jbaji does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made via bKash or Nagad. Fees charged by your payment provider are outside jbaji's control and are your responsibility.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts will be returned and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• jbaji reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or if KYC verification has not been completed to jbaji's satisfaction.

jbaji operates in Bangladeshi Taka exclusively. There are no hidden currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. Players who fund accounts using international cards (Visa, Mastercard) may be subject to currency conversion rates and fees charged by their card issuer, which are outside jbaji's control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jbaji offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your account following a qualifying deposit or action as specified in the relevant promotion. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per person, household, IP address, and device.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any funds derived from bonus activity can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on jbaji bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account without compensation.
• jbaji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not materially disadvantage players who have already commenced wagering activity under those terms.
• Any indication of bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software to exploit promotions, or coordinating bonus activity across multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Responsible Gaming

jbaji is committed to responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available inside your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits — set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out. This helps prevent unplanned extended gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period — take a temporary break from gaming for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from the jbaji platform. A self-exclusion request cannot be reversed. To self-exclude, contact [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". jbaji will process self-exclusion requests within 24 hours.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jbaji platform. Any player found to be engaged in any of the activities listed below will have their account suspended immediately and funds held pending investigation. jbaji cooperates with relevant authorities and may report suspected illegal activity:

• Registering more than one account or registering an account on behalf of another person. This includes using a family member's, friend's, or third party's identity to create an account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, exploit games, or abuse promotions in any way.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using jbaji for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose. jbaji has an obligation to report suspicious financial activity.
• Engaging in collusion with other players — for example, sharing hand information in live poker or live card games, or coordinating betting strategies to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over jbaji.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or in the Platform itself. Any winnings obtained through the exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided. Players must report any technical issues they discover to [email protected] immediately.

Violations of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance and bonus funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jbaji platform — including but not limited to the jbaji brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of jbaji or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of jbaji's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. The jbaji name, logo, and brand marks may not be used in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or promotional materials — without jbaji's prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jbaji's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as follows:

• jbaji is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
• jbaji does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from technical errors, or that game outcomes will meet your expectations. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect Platform availability.
• In the event of a system or technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome or incorrect bonus or balance credit, jbaji reserves the right to void the affected transactions and correct account balances. jbaji will notify affected players and take reasonable steps to minimise any disruption.

Nothing in these Terms limits jbaji's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

jbaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jbaji will notify registered players by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the jbaji platform after any amendment has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
